SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
Dynamic Ascend LLC provides service coordination and related digital services, including non-emergency medical transportation coordination.
This messaging program sends service-related text messages to individuals who submit transportation requests through our website at:

Messages may include:
• Ride confirmations
• Scheduling updates
• Dispatch notifications
• Service support communications
SMS opt-in is collected through our website form using a dedicated consent checkbox.
This is not a 911 emergency service. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
